Real-estate limitations

The site is not a real-estate brokerage, MLS, appraiser, title company, surveyor, zoning authority, environmental consultant or law firm. It does not negotiate transactions or verify ownership, title, zoning, parcel dimensions, permitted use, valuation or development feasibility.

Acceptable use
